This balm (or as many call it, and drink) eliminates excess fat and water from the body, improves the function of the brain, improves memory, improves hearing and vision.

The main ingredients of this recipe are fresh horseradish, lemons with peel and honey. A lot has already been said about honey and lemon, so we will now briefly discuss the horseradish.

The diet is the most commonly used horseradish root, but extremely tasty and slightly spicy young leaves of the plant. Due to its composition (vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, iron, calcium, vitamin B2, magnesium, phosphorus …). Horseradish is in addition to gourmet, and as remarkable healing agent.

Fresh roots can be used all year round, if planted in moist sand or kept in the basement. If you have a larger root, you can grate the required amount, and the rest of the wrap in aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator in a box of vegetables.

If you want to keep the grated horseradish fresh even after three weeks, mix it with a teaspoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar. In tightly closed jars, horseradish can stand in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.


– 125 g of horseradish
– 3 lemons (which will previously put in a little water and a tablespoon of vinegar for 10 minutes and wash away pesticides with it)
– 3 tablespoons honey


Blend 125 grams of horseradish. Take three lemons, cut them, remove the seeds from them, than blend them together with the peels and the horseradish. Add three tablespoons of honey and mix everything well.

Keep this drink in a sealed jar in the fridge. Take one teaspoon of balm twice a day with meals. Take this balm for 3 weeks and watch as your waist decreases.
