– 125 g of horseradish

Blend 125 grams of horseradish. Take three lemons, cut them, remove the seeds from them, than blend them together with the peels and the horseradish. Add three tablespoons of honey and mix everything well.
Keep this drink in a sealed jar in the fridge. Take one teaspoon of balm twice a day with meals. Take this balm for 3 weeks and watch as your waist decreases.
