The recipe presented in this article is extremely effective at cleansing the arteries as well as inhibiting calcification. Besides these two uses, it also improves the overall health, as it contains potent natural ingredients.
2 liters water
4 large garlic cloves
4 unpeeled lemons
A small piece of ginger root
First, wash the lemon and ginger, chop them, and throw them at the blender. Peel the garlic in the meantime and add it into the blender as well. Mix the ingredients well and transfer the resulting mixture into a bowl.
Add the water into the mixture and put it onto the stove, over a medium heat. Make sure you remove it from the heat before it reaches a boiling point. Allow it to cool and strain the liquid using a medium strainer once it cools enough.
Transfer the liquid into a glass bottle and keep it refrigerated.
Take half a cup of the recipe on an empty stomach or at least two hours prior having a meal. Make sure you shake the bottle before each use.
Repeat the procedure over the period of three weeks and then make a week-break. Repeat the entire treatment, if needed.
Note: The preparation process neutralizes the garlic smell, so there is no need to worry about it.
