8 oz purified water
1 bag Green tea
¼ Turmeric
¼ tsp. cinnamon


The first thing you should do is to boil the water. Remove it from heat once it reaches a boiling point and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover the mug and leave it for about 15 minutes. Finally, strain the liquid and serve!


Consume three cups on a daily basis for a week. Have the first cup in the morning, the second one after the breakfast, and the third one before going to bed. You can notice the first results in a matter of week, especially in the abdominal area, buttocks, and thighs.
