A small saucepan
Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until it gets steamy.
Pour the water into a large bowl.

Juice of a ¼ lemon
Combine ACV and lemon in a small saucepan over low heat and simmer fro a few minutes.
Remove from heat and add other ingredients.
Let it cool.
Store in a glass jar with a lid and take 1-2 tablespoons every two hours to heal sinus infection.
